These terms apply to ireada.net and to membership of the Indian Real Estate Agents and Developers Association (“IREADA”), a public charitable trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (Registration No. 1768, Sub-Registrar IIB, Janakpuri, New Delhi, 19 November 2019). By using the website or applying for membership, you agree to them.
1. Who can apply
Membership is open to real estate agents, consultants, builders, developers and allied professionals in India who are 18 or older. IREADA reviews every application and may approve or decline it.
2. Fees

- The introductory offer applies to applications received up to 31 March 2027.
- From the second year, renewal is ₹11,000 per year.
- IREADA may revise fees for future periods; any change will be shown on the Membership page before it applies to you.
3. Validity and renewal
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date your application is approved. To continue, renew before it ends. If you do not renew, membership lapses and the member ID becomes inactive.
4. Refunds
The fee is paid along with the application, by UPI or bank transfer to the IREADA Trust account only (never to an individual). IREADA then reviews the application. If it is not approved, the fee is refunded in full, with no deduction, within 7 days of the decision, to the account it came from. Once an application is approved, fees are non-refundable.
For your security, refunds are made only to the original payment source. We do not accept requests to refund to a different account or to another person, and we will never ask you for your bank account details. The refund transaction reference (UTR) is emailed to you when the refund is sent.
5. What membership includes
- A membership certificate with a unique member ID.
- Free entry to selected IREADA events; other events at the rates announced for them.
- Access to RERA and legal awareness sessions by our advisory panel.
These sessions are general information. They are not legal advice for your individual matter, and IREADA is not responsible for decisions you take based on them.
6. Member conduct
Members must give true information, follow applicable laws including RERA, and act ethically with clients and other members. IREADA may suspend or end a membership, without refund, for false information, misuse of the IREADA name, certificate or member ID, or conduct that harms IREADA or its members.
7. Use of the IREADA name and certificate
The IREADA name, logo and certificates belong to IREADA. Members may state that they are IREADA members while membership is active. They may not use the name or logo in any way that suggests IREADA endorses a specific project, deal or price.
8. Website content
Articles and market information on ireada.net are for general information only. We try to keep them accurate but do not guarantee them. Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, IREADA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or membership. Our total liability for any claim relating to membership is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
