IREADA brings agents, builders and developers together through conclaves, seminars and RERA awareness sessions, so members can network, stay informed about regulation and discuss industry issues together.

Introductory offer valid on applications received till 31 March 2027. Renewal from the second year: ₹11,000 per year.

Membership is valid for 12 months from the date your application is approved. The fee is paid to the IREADA Trust account along with your application, and IREADA then reviews it. If an application is not approved, the fee is refunded in full, with no deduction, within 7 days of the decision, to the account it came from. Once an application is approved, fees are non-refundable. Full details are in our Terms of Use.
